Warranty
- We provide a 12 month warranty on the work carried out.
- Should a defect occur that falls under the warranty and is recognized as such by our management, we will repair or replace at our discretion and without additional cost the defective parts and/or correct a faulty repair.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident or lack of care.
Watch Repair
- Watches can vary greatly from one type to another, and we strive to provide with you with the most professional & meticulous way of repairing your watch.
- The following summarizes our scope of watch repair:
- Dismantling of the movement, disassembling its individual parts
- Inspection for worn out & damaged parts: the battery , the gaskets, crown, hands, pushers, correctors and crystal.
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and metal band.
- Lubrication of the watch by using the finest horological lubricants and then demagnetization process.
- Final test; the watch will be electronically timed and tested to ensure it runs accurately for a period of 72 hours.
